The Conversation
Every commission begins with a conversation. Tell us who the bag is for, what it should say, and when it needs to land. We listen first, sketch second.

The Proof
Within seven days of your inquiry, you receive renderings, material selections, and final investment. Refine anything you wish.

The Build
Once you approve the design, a non-refundable deposit secures your edition number. Production begins in our atelier. Ten to twelve weeks.

The Delivery
Your commission arrives white-glove, signed by the designer, hand-numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The design is retired the moment you receive it.

Every commission is designed and built once. Your colors, your story, your edition number. Once your bag is delivered, that creation is retired forever — never repeated, never reused.
How long does a commission take?
Lead time is 10 to 12 weeks from the moment you approve the design. Specialty commissions — embossed family crests, hand-illustrated panels, full course portraits — may take longer. We are honest about timing from the first conversation.
How is the investment structured?
A non-refundable deposit secures your edition number and reserves your place in the atelier calendar. The balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
Can I commission a Tour as a gift?
Yes. Many of our commissions are designed for someone else — a partner, a parent, a milestone, a moment. We work with you to keep the surprise intact while we build the bag.
Can I add clubs?
Yes. Clubs can be added at the time of commission or shipped separately. Tell us your preferences during the conversation step.
